App and content questions

For a problem in the app, tell us which screen you were using, what happened and your iPhone and app version. For a news or event correction, include the item title and its original-source link. Please do not email passwords or payment-card details.

Restore or manage a subscription

• If you already subscribed, choose Restore Purchase on the app's subscription screen while using the same Apple Account as the original purchase.
• To change or cancel a subscription, open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and select Cryptolite's plan.
• Apple handles subscription payments and refund eligibility. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

Delete your account or personal data

If your app version shows Settings → Delete Account, you can use that control. You can also email eichelbergerdoreen1@gmail.com with the subject “Cryptolite Data Deletion Request.” We may ask you to verify the request. See the Privacy Policy for details about deletion and information we may need to retain.
